Why would I be charged extra for the state of my place?

Additional charges could be added if the space contains hazardous materials. This includes but is not limited to: Pet urine, throw up, mold, etc. We would need additional cleaning supplies and we are not able to take care of some things, like mold. We care about the safety of our employees and need to have them prepared for certain hazards.

Do I pay for the service before or after?

You will be charged for the service upon booking.

Will I get any charges to my card after the service is completed?

The only charge that would be made to your card after the service is completed is if you added on a room and/or service onsite. This would be discussed with the individual who made the booking, the contract would be updated to reflect the changes, and the individual would need to sign it again.

I don’t like how my place looks after a service, what can be done?

We sincerely apologize for not meeting the expectations that are set by ULTRACLEAN. We offer to come back out and re-clean the space or offer a refund. If unsatisfied, please reach out to us: ultraclean@notreal.com

Do I need to put my pets away?

For the potential that an animal may not be friendly we do kindly ask that you put your pet in another space. This is for the safety of not only us but for the pet as well as we use cleaning products that contain chemicals.
